Job Summary

Turner & Townsend is Hiring!!! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX. The individual is responsible for supporting business generation and talent acquisition of the North American Turner & Townsend Commercial Real Estate Business. The ultimate goal of the Senior Consultant is to accelerate the growth year on year providing Project Services, Contract Services and Management Consulting within the Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure and Industrial & Manufacturing sectors. The role and responsibilities focus on selling Turner & Townsend services to include business generation and talent acquisition, relationship building, marketing & business development to secure commissions, recruitment of management and technical staff relating to service delivery including team based commissions.

Job Objectives

  • Build personal relationships with decision makers
  • Supporting team relationship building process
  • Convert opportunities through management of bid process
  • Participate in new commissions
  • Support growth plans and monitor selected locally based global and regional key accounts
  • Liaise with Senior Managers to define vacancies including preparation of detailed job specifications.
  • Production, verification & validation of CVs for consideration by relevant managers.
  • Ability to be proactive and reactive to the business recruitment needs
  • “Hands on” approach to recruitment (Manage the process)
  • Maintain recruitment database to ensure candidate details are entered on to tracking spreadsheet and progress is monitored through the organization
  • Support business generation process, implement process of new Product Service Development
  • Review the business plan, key accounts and take corrective action as needed
  • Oversee operations through commission managers to grow or identify new opportunities
  • Support portion of commercial bidding
  • Sales and delivery to target
  • Staff hires to target
