Project involves working on some critical engineering tasks and landscape; person should have good MEP knowledge.
To support the role of Commission Manager, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards
On occasion, to perform the role of the Commission Manager on small projects, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
Support the lead in the commission with end to end delivery, PM processes and stage gate checks.
Take responsibility for issuance of weekly, monthly and site observation reports in timely manner.
Monitor the execution of the external engineering works to quality and specifications as prescribed by the design consultants.
Work with the team to delivering the projects to Goal Zero.
Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
Producing project plans
Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
Tracking and documenting changes
Preparing written project communication materials
Preparing formal project progress and other reports
Liaising with the client, contractors and designers
Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc
Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc
Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
Education - B.E/B.Tech – (Electrical / Mechanical)
Fit out experience is must.
Preferred local PMC experience.
3-4 years of experience in delivering the fit-out/ commercial end user projects.
1 – 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
